Our Story

From research and consulting to the
platform for AI maturity.

2023

Born out of research

Our Swiss AI Report on AI adoption in Swiss companies revealed early on that while many organizations are exploring AI, they lack the fundamentals needed to use it effectively.
2023

Founding of CorpIn

This insight led to the creation of CorpIn, an interdisciplinary team at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) dedicated to supporting and empowering companies in their AI transformation.
2023–2025

An idea becomes a need

A pattern emerged from numerous consulting projects, workshops, and data analyses. Companies do not fail in their adoption of AI because of a lack of ideas, but rather because of a lack of clarity, data infrastructure, governance, and prioritization.
2025

Largest AI Readiness Study

The largest study on AI readiness in Switzerland provided a representative picture. With more than 1,400 organizations analyzed, the study resulted in a unique database and an empirically grounded CorpIn AI Maturity Framework.
2025

From Framework to Platform

The framework and database were used to create the first prototype of the AI Maturity Platform—featuring scoring, benchmarking, and recommendations for companies that want to understand their AI maturity.
2026

Launch of the AI Maturity Platform

Based on additional data points, customer feedback, and external signals, the CorpIn platform was created—featuring an AI Maturity Index, scoring, benchmarking, concrete recommendations, and options tailored for SMEs, enterprises, and partners.
